摘    要:
以四氯化钛和盐酸为反应介质,利用低温水热法制备纯金红石相纳米TiO_2,考察了反应温度和反应时间对TiO_2微结构及形貌的影响.X射线衍射分析表明所有产物均为纯金红石型纳米TiO_2,晶粒尺寸范围4.0~11.5nm.红外光谱和热重分析表明产物TiO_2存在表面羟基和表面水.TEM分析表明,TiO_2形貌和粒径随反应温度或反应时间变化,反应温度60~80℃时样品呈梭形,且彼此聚集呈束状,但120℃以上时呈粒状,且粒径增加.随反应时间(4~40h)延长,TiO_2呈棒状、梭状及球状变化.此外,还对强酸性及低温水热条件下金红石型纳米TiO_2的形成及形貌变化机理作了初步分析.

Abstract:
The pure rutile phase nano crystalline TiO2 particles were prepared by low temperature hydrothermal method using titanium tetrachloride and HCl as reaction media.The effects of reaction temperature and reaction time on the microstructure and the morphology of the TiO2 particles were investigated.The X-ray diffraction patterns show that all of the TiO2 samples were pure rutile phase.The average grain size is in the range of 4.0-11.5 nm.Fourier transform infrared spectra and thermogravimetry analysis show tha...
