| Abstract: | The defects occurring in the drawing process of the oil disc are stated and the correˉsponding measures of die adjustment have been proposed.Detailed introduction is made on the adjustment of the clearance between the punch and matrix,adjustment of the drawing rib,selection of the lubrication,drawing speed and lubricant.A new method of second lubrication has been proposed. |
