| 摘 要： | 介绍了在键槽(或立式)铣床上进行Z4电机转轴铁心档斜键槽铣削加工的新工艺及其工装设计。分析了它对控制和提高Z4直流电机转轴斜键槽加工精度和质量、缩短装夹时间、提高生产效率和降低制造成本上所起的作用。

| Abstract: | New technics Io cut and mill the flume on the laminated core of the rotor in the Z4 DC motor on the milling machine or vcrtical milling machine was introduced. Furthermore, analysis was made to show the effect of the new workmanship in the fields of increasing processing accuracy and quality of the flume of Z4 motor, shortening clamping-time, improving production efficiency and lowering the manufacturing cost. |
