永磁同步直线电机伺服控制系统设计

摘    要:直线电机与旋转电机相比能直接获得直线运动,永磁同步直线电机能直接驱动需直线运动的设备,以获得有限可控位移。文章设计了一种基于DSP的永磁同步直线电机伺服控制系统,试验表明该系统能快速准确地追踪位置指令,为实际应用奠定基础。

Abstract:Linear motor can obtain linear motioncompared with the rotary motor, permanent magnet linearsynchronous motor is able to drive directly the equipmentwhere linear motion is required, to acquire the limitedcontrollable displacement. A kind of design program ofpermanent magnet linear synchronous motor servo-systemwas worked out in this paper, the test result showed that theservo system tracked the position command rapidly andaccurately to supply a rigid foundation for its practical application.
