V_2O_5催化剂液相选择性氧化甲烷合成甲醇

摘    要:考察了过渡金属催化剂TiO2,V2O5.K2Cr2O7,KMnO4在发烟硫酸中对甲烷氧化的催化活性,发现它们对甲烷氧化为硫酸单甲酯CH3OSO3H均有活性。在此基础上,确定了V2O5体系的最优反应条件:甲烷初始压力4.0 MPa,反应温度180℃,V2O5用量0.017 5 mol,反应时间2 h,发烟硫酸中游离SO3为50%。在最优反应条件下甲烷的转化率可达54.5%,甲醇收率达45.5%。

Abstract:Activity of some transition - metal catalysts: TiO2 V2O5, K2Cr2O7 and KMnO4 were observed in selective oxidation of methane in oleum to methanol.Effect of reaction temperature,amount of V2O5 as catalyst, reaction time and SO3 content in oleum on activity of V2O5/oleum system were investigated. Optimum reaction conditions were:p(CH4)=4.0 MPa,reaction temperature 180 ℃amount of V2O5 0.017 5 mol,reaction time 2 h,and 503 content in oleum 50% . Under optimum reaction conditions,CH4 conversion of 54.5% ,CH3OH yield of 45.5 % were obtained.
