Na_2SnO_3掺杂TiO_2的结构及对TNT的降解研究

摘    要:以钛酸丁酯为原料,Na_2SnO_3作为添加剂,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了锐钛矿型TiO_2晶体,用XRD、FT-IR对催化剂进行了表征.红外光谱表明,Na_2SnO_3掺杂使得TiO_2粒子的晶格振动吸收峰向高波数移动6 cm~(-1),并出现明显的宽化.以含TNT废水为降解对象研究了所制备TiO_2的光催化活性.结果显示,所制备的SnO_3~(2-)掺杂TiO_2具有比P25更高的催化活性,10 h后降解率达到了96% (P25,88%).机制分析认为,SnO_3~(2-)在制备过程中通过热分解产生SnO_2,抑制TiO_2粒子在热处理过程中生长,有利于形成更细小的晶体,同时由于Sn~(4+)离子的影响,使微粒表面缺陷和活性比表面积增加,有利于提高光催化活性.

Abstract:TiO2 crystal of anatase doped with SnO32-was prepared by sol-gel method using Ti(OBu)4 as raw material and Na2SnO3 as dopant. The as-prepared samples were characterized by FT-IR and XRD. FT-IR spectra of the TiO2 doped with SnO32-anion shows a broadened TiO2 vibration adsorption peak with approximate 6 cm-1 shift to higher wave number compared with the undoped samples.
