摘    要:某大型水电厂因高压母线TV二次线圈安全接地线被误断开,致使高压中性点未接地的6台主压器的零序过电压保护动作,造成了6台主变压器同时跳闸的重大事故。文章分析了事故原因,并提出了防止此类事故再发生的有效措施。

Abstract:The grave accident of tripping operation of 6 main transformers at the same time occurred in a large scale hydropower plant,because of breaking accidentally secondary safe grounding wire of HV bus TV,which caused the miss-operation of zero sequence over-voltage protection in 6 main transformers of without the high voltage neutral grounding.The paper analyzed the accident reason,and put forward the effective measures to prevent this kind of accident occurred again.
