基于UG的直齿圆柱齿轮参数化实体设计通用方法

利用 U G的尺寸相关性和表达式工具 ,通过矩阵变换的方式 ,给出了借助该软件进行直齿圆柱齿轮的三维参数化设计的通用方法。并按照该理论与方法 ,结合渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮 ,从计算机实现的角度提出了可行的步骤与方案 ,最后总结了该方法的优缺点。利用此方案可以顺利实现以圆柱体为基本特征的其他复杂轮廓线的实体造型

General Technique of Parametric Design for Spur Gear with UG

By UG's dimension relativity and expression tool,using the matrix transform method,we describe the general technique of spur gear three dimensional parametric design.Then,in the view of the computer realization,we provide the reliable steps and method by the example of spur gear, and summarize the merits and disadvantages. Other complex contour solid modeling with basic feature can also be realized quickly with this method.
