| 摘 要： | 通过对集成温度传感器测量原理的深入分析和对其静态特性的实验研究 ,分析了限制其精度的原因 ,并提出了提高精度的解决方案 ,使全量程范围内测量精度可以提高± 0 .5℃。该方案应用于热电偶冷端补偿 ,取得了很好的效果
