| 摘 要： | 为了对采煤机电动机进行有效的在线监测和故障早期诊断,设计了一种基于TMS320F2812的采煤机电动机保护控制模块,介绍了该模块的硬件电路和软件设计。该模块可以实时监测采煤机电动机的运行状态,实现过热、过载、短路、缺相保护功能;同时可对采煤机电动机运行电流谐波进行分析,实现定子、转子故障自诊断功能。井下试验结果表明,该模块可靠性高、实时性强。
