多元稀土硼化物(La0.55Ba0.45)B6与(La0.4Eu0.6)B6阴极材料的研制

摘    要:针对随电子束和离子束技术的飞速发展而对相关阴极材料有着更高电性能要求的情况,进行了多元稀土硼化物(La0.55Ba0.45)B6与(La0.4 Eu0.6)B6,阴极材料的研制。检测结果表明,(La0.55 Ba0.45)B6,与(La0.4 Eu0.6)B6,阴极材料的性能明显优于原单一稀土硼化物LaB6阴极材料。

Abstract:In view of more stringent requirement for better electric property of the relevant cathode material with the rapid development of the electron beam and ion beam technology,the paper describe the development of multiple RE boride(La_(0.55)Ba_(0.45))B_(6) and(La_(0.4)Eu_(0.6))B_(6) cathode material.The testing results showed that its electric property is superior to that of LaB_6 cathode material.
