摘    要:高压光纤电流互感器高压侧大多采用激光供电方式。为了提高系统可靠性,要求高压侧电路功耗尽可能低,对高压侧信号调制方法提出了较高的要求。相对于一般的A/D转换电路,V/F转换电路结构简单,功耗低,并且转换速度可以满足计量及稳态保护的要求。介绍了一种基于V/F转换原理的空芯电流互感器高压侧信号调制方法,并在低压侧实现解调。经试验,系统线性度在5%~120%额定输入测量范围内达0.04%,高压侧电路功耗仅23mW。

Abstract:Optical power supply is usually adopted by the high voltage side of electronic current transformer. To improve the reliability of the system, the power consumption of modulation circuit in high voltage side is demanded as low as possible. Compared with general A/D conversion circuit, the V/F circuit has simple structure and low power consumption, and the conversion speed can meet the requirement of steady-state protection. A kind of modulation method based on the V/F principle is introduced. The test results show that the power consumption of high voltage side circuit is only 23 mW and the system linearity is 0.04% from 5% to 120% within the rated input scope.
