固定甘氨酸制备阳离子交换树脂及其吸附金属离子性能的研究

摘    要:利用环氧氯丙烷活化法将甘氨酸固定于SephadexG-25凝胶上制备弱酸性阳离子交换树脂。通过树脂对水中Ca2+和Mg外的静态吸附、动态吸附和解吸等实验,探讨了金属离子溶液初始浓度、树脂pH值和流速等对树脂吸附Ca2+和Mg2+的影响以及再生条件。结果表明,环氧氯丙烷活化法固定甘氨酸制备阳离子交换树脂的偶联率为12mg·g-1;树脂对Ca2+和Mg2+有良好的吸附/解吸性能,室温下,对Ca件和Mg抖的静态饱和吸附量分别为7.59mg·g-1和6.16mg·g-1,而动态饱和吸附量则分别达到10.83mg·g-1和8.80mg·g-1。该树脂交换柱较好的操作条件如下:以pH值为8.5的0.05mol·L2+ Tris—HCl溶液作为平衡液,上样流速1mL·min-1;以pH值为1.5的1mol·L-1 NaCl-HCl溶液作为洗脱液,流速0.5mL·min2+。该树脂性能稳定,再生效果好,可重复多次使用。

Abstract:A weakly acidic cation exchange resin was prepared by immobilizing glycine to activated Sephadex G-25 polymerbeads using epichlorohydrin. Through the experiments of static adsorption, dynamic adsorption, and desorption of Ca2+ and Mg2+ ,the effects of initial concentration of metal ions, pH value of resin and flow rate on resin adsorption ability were investigated, and the regeneration conditions were investigated also. The coupling rate of cation exchange resin by immobilizing glycine was 12 mg ·g-1 and the resin performed well ad- sorption and desorption to Ca2+ and Mg2+. The static saturated adsorption capacities of the resin for Ca2+ and Mg2+ were 7.59 mg · g-1 and 6.16 mg · g-1 ,respectively,and the dynamic saturated adsorption capacities Were 10.83 mg · g-1 and 8.80 mg ·g-1. The optimum operation conditions for the column made by the resin were as follows.equilibrium using pH value 8. 5,0.05 mol· L-1 Tris-HCl buffer solution,sample loading with flow rate of 1 mL · min-1 ,and elution using pH value 1.5,1 mol · L-1 NaCl-HCl solution with flow rate of 0. 5 mL · min-1. The resin could be well reused due to its good stability and regeneration.
