抽水蓄能电站闸门竖井开挖爆破

摘    要:在罗田抽水蓄能电站进(出)水口闸门竖井工程中,采用双层楔形掏槽,首先开挖导井,然后再进行辅助孔和周边光爆孔的爆破。合理的施工顺序、优化的爆破参数及可靠的起爆网络,保质保量地完成竖井开挖,同时,在周边孔的光面爆破中,利用炸药的殉爆,采用空气间隔装药,缩短了装药时间,简化了装药工序。

Abstract:The bilayer notch-type cut with which the pilot shaft was excavated first .the cut spreader hole and smooth blasting hole were adopted in excavating the gate shaft for tiantang Pumping energy-accumulated Power Station in Luotian area. The reasonal implementation sequence, optimized parameters and reliable firing circuit ensure the qualified excavation of the shaft. The sympathetic detonation of charges and air separated charging were adopted in the smooth blasting to simplify the charging technology and shorten the charging time. The utilization of sympathetic detonation is successfully attempted.
