摘    要:通过深入分析长输管道与城市燃气管道的区别及评分依据,发现肯特评分法在城市燃气管道上并不完全适用.在总结了典型城市燃气管道事故原因及北京市燃气管道事故资料的基础上,试探性地提出了对肯特法中评分项目及分值的调整建议,使得评分法在城市燃气管道风险评价上更为适用,评价结果更加准确.

Abstract:By the in-depth analysis of the difference between long distance pipeline and city gas pipeline and score basis,it is found that Kent evaluation method was not completely suitable for city gas pipeline.After summarizing the typical causes of the accidents of urban gas pipeline and statistical data of Beijing gas pipeline accidents,it tentatively puts forward the adjustment method to the rating programs and score in Kent grading method,which can make the scoring method more applicable for the risk assessment of city gas pipeline and the evaluation result more accurate.
