| 摘 要： | 介绍了以玉米为原料的酒精厂副产品玉米油提取的两种方法.一是从原料玉米中提取玉米胚芽,玉米胚芽经预处理、压榨、浸出得玉米毛油,毛油经精炼得精制玉米油或一级玉米油.二是从蒸馏后的酒糟(DDGS)中用溶剂浸出提取玉米毛油,毛油经进一步精炼得精制玉米油或一级玉米油.玉米油含有较高的亚油酸,是一种营养丰富的食用油,以玉米酒精厂的副产品加工玉米油可提高酒精厂的经济效益.

| Abstract: | Two methods of extracting maize oil from the byproduct of producing corn alcohol were introduced. One method was that corn germ was separated from corn, and then maize oil was prepared by pretreatment, press, extraction and refining from corn germ. The other method was that maize oil was prepared from lees. Maize oil rich in linoleic acid is high-grade edible oil. By utilizing byproduct to prepare maize oil, the economic profit can be improved. |
