摘    要:为研究织物使用过程产生黄变的原因,采用角鲨烯、油酸、三油酸甘油酯等皮脂组分对棉织物、涤纶织物、羊毛织物和丝绸织物进行污染和环境老化处理,讨论短期恒温恒湿存储和人造气候老化及短期微环境与长期存储协同作用条件对织物黄变的影响。采用Datacolor650型分光光度测色仪对皮脂污染且环境老化后的织物试样进行黄度系数测试并计算黄度指数,用来表征试样的黄变程度。试验结果表明:在短期特定温湿度和光照条件下,皮脂组分污染不是造成织物黄变的显著因素,在长期存储中,皮脂污染织物会出现肉眼可见的黄变。后续需要进一步研究皮脂污染情形下微生物对织物黄变的潜在影响。

Abstract:In order to study the causes of fabric yellowing during use,some sebum components such as squalene,oleic acid,and triglyceride are used to treat the pollution and environmental aging of cotton fabric,polyester fabric,wool fabric,and silk fabric.The effects of short-term constant temperature and humidity storage,artificial climate aging,and synergistic effect of a short-term microenvironment and long-term storage on fabric yellowing are discussed.The yellowness coefficient of fabric samples polluted by sebum and aged in the environment is tested by Datacolor 650 spectrophotometer,and the yellowness index is calculated to characterize the degree of yellowing.The results show that under short-term specific temperature,humidity and light conditions,the pollution of sebum is not a significant factor for fabric yellowing.In long-term storage,sebum-contaminated fabrics would appear yellowing visible to the naked eye.In the follow-up study,it is necessary to further study the potential impact of microorganisms on fabric yellowing in the case of sebum contamination.
