Leakage Analysis and Water Seal Treatment of High-pressure Heaters during Operation of Supercritical Units

High-pressure heaters are an important part of the steam turbine of power plants,whose main functions are to improve efficiency of units and feed-water temperature,reduce the temperature difference between the feed-water entering the boiler and the furnace,thereby reducing heat exchange loss caused by temperature difference.The working principle and the causes of leakage of high-pressure heaters are also discussed and analyzed.Based on the actual case in power plants,water seal injection method is proposed to solve the problem that the system cannot be unpacked when the high-pressure heaters leak,which helps to avoid a nonstop event of units,and guarantees the safe and stable operation of units.
