黄山市徽州区防汛抗洪的实践与思考

2021年汛期,黄山市徽州区积极应对超常规雨情水情,科学防御山洪灾害,全区未发生因强降雨引发的重大灾害,经济社会运行总体平稳有序。本文通过对徽州区现行山洪灾害防御薄弱环节进行剖析,在分析2021年徽州区防汛抗洪工作面临的严峻形势的基础上,总结了徽州区在优化体制机制、科学调度水利工程、开展智慧管理等方面进行的新实践,并对下一步如何提升徽州区防汛抗洪工作水平提出了新的思考,可为其他地区的防汛抗洪工作提供参考。

Practice and thinking of flood control in Huizhou District of Huangshan City

In the flood season of 2021,Huizhou District of Huangshan City actively responded to extraordinary rainfall and water conditions and scientifically defended against mountain torrents.No major disasters caused by heavy rainfall occurred in the whole district,and the economic and social operation was generally stable and orderly.Based on the analysis of the weak links of current mountain flood disaster prevention in Huizhou District,and the severe situation faced by flood control and flood fighting in Huizhou District in 2021,this paper summarizes the new practices in optimizing the system and mechanism,scientifically dispatching water conservancy projects and carrying out intelligent management in Huizhou District,and puts forward new thoughts on how to improve the level of flood control and flood fighting in Huizhou District in the next step,which can provide reference for flood control and flood fighting in other areas.
