摘    要:以某家电抽屉成型时采用添加铝粉的免喷涂材料为例,介绍了免喷涂材料注射成型新波痕缺陷的形成原因,并分析了其形成机理,结合CAE模流分析结果、工艺调试试验、制品样件检测验证等方法,阐述了制品设计、模具浇注系统设计、注射工艺调试等方案,消除了新波痕缺陷对制品成型质量的影响。

Abstract:The non-spraying material with aluminum powder was used in appliance drawer moulding, the causes of new wave marks in injection moulding of non-spraying material were introduced and its formation mechanism was analyzed. Combined with CAE mould flow analysis results, the process debugging test, product sample testing and verification, the product design, mould gating system design, and injection process debugging were expounded, and the influence of new wave mark on product forming quality was solved.
