电厂埋地循环水管道防腐应用技术探究

摘    要:在电厂的诸多管道中,埋地管道的种类和数量占很大比例,不同的地下土壤特性、不同的流体介质,对管道的材质及防腐涂料的选择有不同的影响.从电厂埋地钢质管道的腐蚀因素出发,对管道内外壁的防腐措施进行了分析,并对不同地区电厂循环水管道防腐方式进行了探讨,为今后埋地循环水管道防腐技术的应用研究提供参考.

Abstract:In various pipelines in power plants,the types and quantities of buried pipelines account for a large proportion.Different characteristics of underground soil and different fluid media have different influences on the selection of pipeline materials and anticorrosive coatings.Starting from the corrosion factors of buried steel pipelines in power plants,the anti-corrosion measures of inner and outer walls of the pipelines are analyzed,and the anti-corrosion methods of circulating water pipelines in power plants in different regions are discussed,which provides a reference for the application study of anti-corrosion technology of buried circulating water pipelines in the future.
