铝合金电机壳低压砂型铸造工艺设计

摘    要:以一款140 kW的铝合金水冷电机壳体做为研究对象,探讨了采用低压砂型工艺的电机壳的典型铸造工艺方案,并采用MAGMA软件进行工艺方案可行性的评估.结果表明,生产的电机壳体完全满足相关技术条件的要求.

Abstract:Taking a 140 kW aluminum alloy water-cooled motor shell as the research object,the typical casting process of the motor shell using low-pressure sand casting technology was discussed.MAGMASOFT was used to evaluate the feasibility of the process design.The results showed that the motor housing can meet the requirements of related technical conditions.
