单分散聚合物微球的制备技术进展

摘    要:单分散聚合物微球具有特殊的结构与优异的性能,在众多领域内得到广泛的应用,相关制备技术也因此实现飞速发展.从悬浮聚合、沉淀聚合、分散聚合、乳液聚合和种子溶胀聚合等方面阐述了单分散聚合物微球的制备技术及研究进展,分析了各类聚合方法的原理、优缺点及产物特点,并对单分散聚合物微球未来的研究方向进行了展望.

Abstract:Monodisperse polymer microspheres have been widely used in many fields because of their special structure and excellent properties.Therefore,the related preparation technologies have been developed rapidly.In this review,the preparation technologies of monodispersed polymer microspheres and research progresses are summarized from the perspectives of suspension polymerization,precipitation polymerization,dispersion polymerization,emulsion polymerization and seed swelling polymerization.The principle,advantages and disadvantages of various polymerization methods and the characteristics of products are analyzed.And the future research directions of monodisperse polymer microspheres are also prospected.
