摘    要:分散颗粒形态对抗冲共聚聚丙烯的冲击强度有较大影响。综述了影响分散颗粒形态的因素,包括等规聚丙烯的分子结构和丙烯均聚工艺、等规聚丙烯和乙丙橡胶之间的相容性、长丙烯链段乙烯-丙烯嵌段共聚物的分子结构及其对等规聚丙烯和乙丙橡胶之间相容性的增强作用、长乙烯链段乙烯-丙烯嵌段共聚物的分子结构及其对乙丙橡胶流变性的干扰等。调整共聚反应的乙烯与烯烃摩尔比可以有效改善抗冲共聚聚丙烯分散颗粒的形态。

Abstract:The morphology of dispersed particles has a great influence on the impact strength of impact polypropylene copolymer(IPC).The factors affecting the morphology of dispersed particles are reviewed,including the molecular structure of isotactic polypropylene(iPP)and propylene homopolymerization process,the compatibility between iPP and ethylene propylene rubber(EPR),the molecular structure of crystallizable propylene-ethylene segmented copolymer and its enhancement of compatibility between iPP and EPR,the molecular structure of crystallizable ethylene-propylene segmented copolymer and its interference with the rheology of EPR.Adjusting the molar ratio of ethylene to olefin in copolymerization can effectively improve the morphology of IPC dispersed particles.
