摘    要:为了推动往复活塞压缩机节能改造技术的发展和推广应用,结合理论和技术应用实践,从技术特性、自身运行能耗、节能效果、易损件及维修周期等方面,对往复活塞压缩机的部分行程压开进气阀无级调节技术和余隙无级调节气量节能技术进行了对比与分析,综述了2种技术各自的特点、优势和不足.分析结果有助于相关企业的技术和设备管理人员获得实际应用...

Abstract:To promote the development and application of energy-saving modification technology of reciprocating piston compressors,the technology of unloaded inlet valve at part stroke and clearance stepless regulation,which includes technical features,energy consumption,energy saving effect,vulnerable parts and maintenance period was compared and analyzed.The characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of the two technologies were summarized.The analysis results are helpful to enterprise technicians and equipment personnel to obtain practical application experience,and provide the basis for further analysis and research by relevant experts and scholars.
