Abstract:Polyisocyanateoxazodone(POZD)is elastomeric material that can form high-strength and high-elastic coatings on the surfaces of structures,has the potential in impact and blast mitigation of different structures.In order to study the impact resistance performance of a beam plate steel structure blast door with POZD coating,the dynamic response process of the blast door under level 6 load was studied by numerical simulation.The influence of the number of double T-steel and thickness of the panel on the impact resistance of the door was analyzed.Compared with a bare door and a surface sprayed polyurea door,results show that the POZD coating can improve the impact resistance performance of the structure.Based on the result,a new lightweight composite material of the blast door with high resistance was designed.Compared with the original blast door structure,the mass was reduced by 32.5%.The reliability of the simulation results was validated with deformation test of the new composite material blast door under impact loading.
