阻燃微胶囊制备及其对黏胶织物的整理

摘    要:利用自制的阻燃微胶囊对黏胶织物进行阻燃整理,并利用微胶囊粒径、表面形貌、力学性能、极限氧指数与热失重性能表征整理后黏胶织物的性能。研究表明:制备的阻燃微胶囊粒径在100μm以下的占比高达80%,且微胶囊对黏胶织物具有很好的黏附性;当整理液中阻燃微胶囊质量分数控制在8%左右时,黏胶织物的极限氧指数与热学性能有一定程度的提高,且织物的力学性能未出现大幅下降,验证了利用阻燃微胶囊对黏胶织物进行阻燃整理具有可行性。

Abstract:Flame retardant microcapsules are prepared and used for flame-retardant finishing of viscose fabrics.Partical size of flame retardant microcapsules,SEM,mechanical properties,limit oxygen index and thermogravimetric properties are used to characterize viscose fabrics properties before and after flame-retardant finishing.Research shows that the proportion of partical sizes of flame retardant microcapsules under 100μm is about 80%and high adhesion of flame retardant microcapsules with viscose fabrics.Limited oxygen index and thermal properties are greatly improved while the mechanical properties are not sharply down when the flame retardant finishing liquid microcapsule quality control at 8%.All that are verified that flame retardant microcapsules used for flame-retardant finishing of viscose fabrics is feasible.
