| 摘 要： | 为更好地推进节水灌溉高质量发展体制机制优化工作,本文基于相关研究工作实践,总结了我国近年来在推进高效节水灌溉发展体制机制方面取得的成就,剖析了我国节水灌溉高质量发展体制机制在实践中存在的若干问题,据此提出了关于优化体制机制改革工作的相关建议,以期为后续开展节水灌溉高质量发展体制机制改革工作提供参考。

| Abstract: | In order to better promote the optimization of the system and mechanism of high-quality development of water-saving irrigation,based on relevant research practice,this paper summarizes the achievements made by China in promoting the system and mechanism of high-efficiency water-saving irrigation in recent years,analyzes some problems existing in the practice of the system and mechanism of high-quality development of water-saving irrigation in China,and puts forward relevant suggestions on optimizing the system and mechanism reform,so as to provide reference for the follow-up reform of the system and mechanism of high-quality development of water-saving irrigation. |
