织物低频磁场屏蔽性能测试中屏蔽体的影响因素

摘    要:在构建织物低频磁场屏蔽性能测量系统的过程中,从屏蔽体与磁场的相对位置、屏蔽体的直径、屏蔽体的长径比以及屏蔽材料接口的搭接量等方面进行了屏蔽体设计的影响因素研究。试验结果表明:屏蔽体与磁场的相对位置对测试结果影响显著;屏蔽体的直径应尽量小,长径比在4~6时测试结果比较稳定;构成屏蔽体时可以不考虑屏蔽材料接口的搭接量。

Abstract:In the process of constructing the fabric low-frequency magnetic field shielding performance measurement system,the influencing factors of the design of the shield from the aspects of the relative setting mode of the shield and the magnetic field,the diameter of the shield,the length diameter ratio of the shield and the overlapping amount of the shielding material interface are studied.The experimental results show that the relative setting mode of shield and magnetic field have a significant influence on the test results.The diameter of the shield should be minimized,and the length diameter ratio should be in the range of 4~6,and the test results are relatively stable.The overlapping amount of shielding material interface could not be considered when forming the shield.
