660 MW超超临界锅炉烟气余热利用装置经济性分析

摘    要:基于热力学基本原理,运用等效焓降法对古交西山发电有限公司660 MW超超临界锅炉在100%和50%汽轮机热耗保证工况下烟气余热加热凝结水的经济性进行了定量分析,得出烟气余热利用的各项节能指标和综合收益,其中100%汽轮机热耗保证工况下节约标煤量可达1.85 g/(kW·h),综合收益达237.5万元,节能增效效果显著。

Abstract:Based on the basic principles of thermodynamics,the equivalent enthalpy drop method is used to carry out a quantitative analysis on the economy of condensate-heating by flue gas waste heat under 100%Turbine Heat-acceptance(THA)and 50%THA of 660 MW ultra-supercritical boilers in Gujiao Xishan Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,and various energy-saving indexes and comprehensive benefits of utilization of flue gas waste heat are obtained.The standard amount of coal-saving can reach 1.85 g/(kW·h)under 100%THA and the comprehensive incomes can reach 2.375 million yuan.The effect of energy-saving and efficiencyincreasing is significant.
