降低铂钯精矿含金的生产实践

摘    要:优化沉金工序的生产条件,确定了沉金最佳反应温度为50℃,不仅降低了沉金工序中亚硫酸钠的使用量,而且减少了分金工序中的氯酸钠,将氯酸钠的添加量由225kg每釜降至150kg每釜。沉金后液含金≤30mg/L,铂钯精矿含金≤2.32kg/t,每年的实际利润至少为16.56万元。

Abstract:By optimizing the production conditions of the gold immersion process, it is determined that the optimal reaction temperature for gold immersion is 50 ℃,which not only reduces the amount of sodium sulfite used in the gold immersion process, but also reduces the sodium chlorate in the gold separation process.The addition amount was reduced from 225 kg/kettle to 150 kg/kettle.After immersion gold, the gold content is less than or equal to 30 mg/L,and the platinum palladium concentrate contains less than or equal to 2.32 kg/t.The actual annual profit is at least 165 600 yuan.
