摘    要:为验证和提高堆石面板坝面板混凝土的抗裂性能,以云南省某水库堆石坝面板混凝土为例,对比研究了3种典型膨胀剂(Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型硫铝酸钙类膨胀剂、氧化镁膨胀剂)对面板混凝土强度发展、早期非接触收缩、早期抗裂、干燥收缩和限制膨胀率的影响.结果 表明,3种膨胀剂在面板混凝土中的膨胀性能发挥差异较为明显,其中使用Ⅱ型膨胀剂的补偿收缩效果...

Abstract:In order to verify and improve the crack-resistance of concrete used in concrete-face-rockfill-dam, taking a certain reservoir in Wenshan of Yunnan Province as an example, this paper investigated the effects of three typical expansion agents(type I and type II expansive agents which composed of calcium sulfoaluminate, and MgO expansive agent) on the strength development, early-age non-contact shrinkage, crack resistance and shrinkage compensation of concrete. The results show that the three kinds of expansion agents performed different shrinkage compensation effects. The shrinkage compensation effect of concrete using type II expansive agent was more obvious, including its early shrinkage rate reduced by 75.8%, 28 d-shrinkage decreased by 50.9% and no cracking was observed, 42 d-restained shrinkage reduced by 83.3%. Meanwhile, there was a strong relationship between the expansion process and the development of concrete strength(56 d compressive strength increased 23.6%). The research can provide reference for concrete engineering mix ratio optimization to reduce the risk of surface cracking.
