高低压旁路改造技术在热电联产机组灵活性改造中的应用实践

摘    要:为主动适应促进清洁能源消纳政策,提高机组供热期深度调峰能力和供热能力,某区域电网对某公司热电联产机组开展了高低压旁路技术改造。旁路技术改造的应用,彻底解决了该公司机组“以热定电”传统运行方式造成的供暖期调峰能力不足的难题,保证了机组全采暖期、全时域参与电网深度调峰,提高了调峰辅助服务补偿收益。

Abstract:In order to actively adapt to the policy of promoting the consumption of clean energy and improve the in-depth peakload regulating and heating capacity of the unit during the heating period,a high and low voltage bypass technology transformation is carried out in a cogeneration unit in power grid of certain region.The application of bypass technology transformation has completely solved the problem of insufficient peak-load regulating capacity during the heating period caused by the traditional operation mode of“fixing power by heat”of the unit of the company,which ensures that the unit can participate in the in-depth peak-load regulating of the power grid in the full heating period and the full-time domain,and improves the compensation income of auxiliary peak-load regulating service.
