摘    要:翼子板造型复杂程度决定表面质量控制难度,提升其表面质量集中在模具零件型面的间隙研配上。通过对模具零件型面间隙合理研配和工艺补偿,可以提升成形制件的尺寸精度,使整车造型特征更加清晰,光影反射效果更好,提升整车精致感。

Abstract:The complexity of wing shape determines the control difficulty of surface quality, and the improvement of its surface quality focuses on the clearance bedding-in of die parts profile. The dimensional accuracy forming parts was improved by the reasonable bedding-in and process compensation of die parts profile clearance, which made the characteristics of car model more clear,the light and shadow reflection effect better, and the exquisite feeling of car was improved.
