基于高质量发展理念的沅江流域城乡供水及灌溉规划研究

本文以沅江流域为例,通过研究分析流域自然和社会经济特点,结合社会经济发展趋势及预测规划年流域需水要求,拟定城乡供水及灌溉发展规划意见,在坚持节水优先、充分挖掘当地已有供水工程潜力的基础上,优化水资源配置,加强水利基础设施建设,满足沅江流域规划水平年的供水、灌溉需求,助力流域社会经济高质量发展。

Study on urban and rural water supply and irrigation planning in Yuanjiang River basin based on the concept of high quality development

In this paper,taking Yuanjiang River basin as an example,by studying and analyzing the natural and socio-economic characteristics of the basin,combining with the socio-economic development trend and the water demand of the basin in the forecast planning year,the planning opinions of urban and rural water supply and irrigation development are drawn up.On the basis of insisting on giving priority to water saving and fully tapping the potential of local existing water supply projects,the allocation of water resources is optimized,and the construction of water conservancy infrastructure is strengthened,so as to meet the water supply and irrigation demand of Yuanjiang River basin in the planning level year and help the high-quality social and economic development of the basin.
