摘    要:视觉评价研究作为城市研究及实践过程中反应公众环境偏好程度的主要手段,有助于全方位地评价、管控并提升城市景观风貌形态。过往的视觉研究多聚焦于静态视点的分析评价,缺少对于人群不同观景行为方式动态视觉感知的充分考量。延续“景-观”互动的双向规划理念,提出动态观览评价的视觉景观研究新方法,并结合南京滨江型公共空间的实例研究对评价方法加以验证,试图丰富既有视觉景观评价体系,为后续城市形态量化及视觉评价研究的发展提供参考。

Abstract:As the main means to reflect the public''s environmental preference degree in the process of urban research and practice, visual evaluation studies help to comprehensively evaluate, control and improve the characteristic and form of urban landscape. Visual evaluation studies in the past focused on the analysis and evaluation of static viewpoints, and lacked sufficient consideration for the dynamic visual perception of people under different viewing behaviors. This paper continues the two-way planning concept of "landscape-view" interaction, puts forward a new method of visual landscape research based on dynamic viewing evaluation, and verifies the evaluation method with a case study of Nanjing riverside public space, trying to enrich the existing visual landscape evaluation system, which provides a basis for the subsequent development of quantitative research on urban form and visual evaluation research.
