钨镍负载型纳米加氢催化剂的研制

摘    要:采用真空不饱和浸渍、真卒冷冻干燥技术与纳米担载技术相结合的新技术成功地制备了不同氟含量的钨镍型纳米催化剂样品.结果表明,所制备的纳米催化剂是一种比表面积大(190 m2/g),具有纳米尺度,均匀分散,质量活性提高的石油化工加氢催化剂,低氟催化剂加氢脱氮性能好于高氟纳米催化剂.

Abstract:Nano-size W-Ni catalysts with different F contents have been successfully developed using a new combination method of unsaturated vacuum impregnation,vacuum freeze drying and nano supporting.The results show that the prepared products are nano-size petrochemical catalyst particles which have a high specific surface area(190 m2/g),a good dispersion and a strong quality activity.The hydrogenation denitrification performance of low-F content catalysts are better than that of high-F nano particles.
