氨制冷机卧式冷凝器传热强化研究

摘    要:模拟空调工况,以氨为工质,钢质横纹管为元件的12根管的管束冷凝传热试验结果表明,横纹管对于氨卧式冷凝器有着十分显著的传热强化效果,在试验范围内,其总传热系数可达光滑管的2.1倍。这意味着可把换热面积减小50%以上。用Wilson图解分析法分离出的管内冷却水给热系数约为光滑管的2.8倍,管外冷凝给热系数约为光管的3.6倍。文章还讨论了横纹管的管内外强化传热机理。

Abstract:Simulating the air-conditioning conditions, to take ammonia as a medium and transversally corrugated tube as a heat transfer element, the tube bundle experimental study of horizontal condenser were carried out. The experimental results have shown that the transversally corrugated tube is very effective. Its overall heat transfer coefficient is 110% higher than that of a smooth tube at the same water velocity. This result means that the heat exchange area can be cut down by over 50%. The tube side circulating water heat transfer coefficient separated from Wilson schematic method is as much as 2.8 times of smooth tube and which of shell side condensing ammonia is 3.6.
