摘    要:连续重整装置预加氢系统进料/反应产物换热器E101管程出口发生铵盐堵塞,造成循环压缩机出口压力逐步上升,而循环氢流量却明显下降。针对此换热器铵盐结晶问题查找原因,对出现铵盐结晶的原因及结晶形成过程进行深入分析,提出改造措施,为国内同类装置长周期安全生产提供可借鉴的实践经验。

Abstract:CCR pre-hydrotreating system feed exchanger E101 tube outlet occurred ammonium salt crystallization,which caused recycle hydrogen compressor outlet pressure,was trending to rapidly ascend.Nevertheless,the recycle hydrogen flow dropped rapidly.The reasons of it were analyzed,and countermeasures were proposed,which provided practical exprience for long-term safely production of similar devices in our country.
