双边(多边)电力交易市场模式下输电网投资问题的研究

在不同的市场机制下,输电投资的方式可能会有所不同。基于合作博弈的思想,提出了一个适合于电力交易市场模式的输电投资框架,并建立了相应的输电投资数学模型。在以双边或多边电力交易为主的电力市场中,输电公司至少可以在一定程度上以联合生产企业的模式来组建和运营。这样,市场环境下的分散化输电投资问题就可以转化为一个集中化优化问题,总收益最大的输电网投资方案因而有可能得以实现。合作博弈论的解概念被用于处理输电投资的收益分配问题,并对一个简单的算例系统进行了分析,指出了一些有待进一步解决的问题。

A Study on Transmission Investment under Bilateral/Multilateral Power Exchange Market Pattern

Under different market regimes,there may be different ways for transmission investment.In this paper,a transmission investment paradigm and a related transmission investment mathematical model for the power exchange market pattern are developed based on the cooperative game theory.In the electricity markets where bilateral or multilateral power transactions are at a very high level,transmission companies can be organized and operated as joint-production corporations at least to some extent.In this way,the decentralized transmission investment problem in the market environment can be transferred to a centralized optimization problem,and the transmission expansion scheme with maximal transmission welfare may be achieved.The solution concepts on the cooperative game theory are introduced to deal with the transmission welfare allocation issue.Next,a simple study case system is analyzed.Then,in the conclusion,some issues to be further dealt with are pointed out.
