| 摘 要： | 研究电力建设市场及其改革趋势是一个新的课题．从市场的概念出发，对我国电力建设市场的现状进行了分析，指出了目前我国电力建设市场现存的主要问题，并对我国电力建设市场改革的方向进行了初步探索，提出了“科学构建电力建设市场，推进电力市场体制改革”的建议．

| Abstract: | The electric power construction market and its reform trends is a new field for study. This article, beginning with the definition of the electric power construction market, analyzes the status quo and the key problems existing in electric power construction market in China. Finally, the authors make suggestions to the reform trends of this unique market. |
