摘    要:为研究打叶去梗过程中叶中含梗率与相关打叶质量指标之间的关系,最大限度地提高打叶复烤的整体质量,进行了不同叶中含梗率的打叶去梗试验。结果表明,随着叶中含梗率的升高,>12.7mm叶片率升高,碎片率、打叶风分过筛后网下碎片比例、梗中含叶率降低,打叶造碎减少,出片率升高。叶中含梗率并非越低越好,过低则造碎更大,出片率更低,这对整体打叶质量是不经济的,因此应控制叶中含梗率在适宜范围。

Abstract:In order to maximize the comprehensive effectiveness in tobacco threshing and redrying, the experiments on different stem contents in lamina during tobacco threshing were conducted. The results showed that the content of long particle (over 12.7mm) and strip yield increased with the increase of stem content in lamina, while the fine particle (<3.18mm) content, fines under the screen after threshing and pneumatic separation, lamina content in stem and tobacco breakage reduced. It suggested that the tobacco breakage would be higher and strip yield be lower if the stem content in lamina was too low.
