摘    要:构成区截测速装置的两台天幕靶响应时间一致性直接影响测速精度,在天幕靶校准过程中需准确测量该参数.设计了一种测量天幕靶响应时间一致性的检测电路,采用LED发光二极管模拟弹丸穿过光幕的过程,用测时仪分别测量驱动LED灯的信号与天幕靶输出之间的时间.经实际测试验证,响应时间和响应一致性的测量误差为0.5μs,设计的电路可用于测速天幕靶的检定.

Design Realization of Circuits to Detect the Response Time Consistency of Sky Screen

Abstract:The response time consistency of two sky screens can affect the velocity measurement accuracy, and this parameter is needed to be measured in the sky screen verification process. A kind of circuit is put forward,which can detect the response time consistency. The process of the projectile going through the screens is simulated by the LED light-emitting diodes. Both time of the two driven signals of the LED and output signals of two sky screens are measured by the chronometry, and the design principle of the circuit is illustrated in this paper. The circuits are verified by the real tests, and the results show that the measurement errors of the response time and the response consistency are less than 1μs. Besides, the designed circuits are also can be applied to the sky screen calibrations.
