嵌入式装备故障诊断专家系统

为了提高故障诊断专家系统的工作效能和可移动性，通过分析基于故障树进行故障诊断的过程，在设备中嵌入数据采集模块，使用故障征兆表的方式进行故障诊断，在嵌入式Linux操作系统上开发了便携式诊断客户端．维修人员根据嵌入在装备中的诊断Agent输出信号直接判断该装备工作是否正常，通过诊断客户端对装备故障信息进行推理判断，快速定位装备的故障源．嵌入式故障诊断专家系统将数据采集功能和知识库的推理功能有效地结合起来，使得维修人员能够陕速、高效地对设备进行诊断维修．

Embedded Fault Diagnosis Expert System in Equipment

In order to improve the work performance and mobility of the fault diagnosis expert system, a portable diagnostic client for embedded Linux operating system is developed. The data acquisition module is embedded in the device by analyzing fault--tree based troubleshooting process and using the fault symptom table for fault diagnosis. Maintenance staff determine whether the equipment is working properly in accordance with the output signal of the diagnostic Agent which is embedded in equipment, and locate the fault source quickly by inferring equipment fault information by diagnosis clients. Embedded fault diagnosis expert system integrates the data acquisition functions and reasoning capabilities of the knowledge base effectively, thus allowing maintenance staff to diagnose and repair the equipment quickly and efficiently.
