| Abstract: | This article introduces the meaning of success rate of incoming-call and also short message procedure, analyzes the influence of group sending short message on success rate of PHS system according of short message modle and the result of performance counting. Then it proposes sending short message by group at rational time to reduce the influence on load of the PHS network. |
