预压力对压电致动器位移和迟滞影响的分析

摘    要:为适应微动隔振平台自适应控制的要求,提高系统响应速度和输出位移量,为隔振平台系统的执行元件—压电致动器设计预压装置,建立压电致动器模型,推出预压力与位移和迟滞的理论表达式。根据压电致动器受压状态试验,发现压电致动器的输出位移和迟滞量在受压下的变化与理论曲线基本吻合,在此基础上,进一步分析预压力对位移和迟滞量的影响机理。结果表明,位移量和迟滞的变化的根本原因是逆压电效应和压电系数随预压力的变化。

Abstract:In order to adapt to the requirement of adaptive control of micro vibration isolation plate and enhance the response velocity and the output displacement, a precompressor is designed for the piezoelectric actuator, the model of the actuators is built and the expression of the relationship between preliminary pressure and displacement,and hysteresis is deduced.
