摘    要:分析了通用仪涡流探伤锅炉钢管存在的错检和漏检问题。介绍了阻抗平面显示和自动扇形区域报警技术在涡流探伤中的应用情况,以及智能化涡流探伤仪的工艺因素、探伤效果。

Abstract:The co-authors analyse shortcomings associated with the conventional eddy flaw detection of boiler steel pipes,namely,erroneous flaw signalling and flaw-missing and describe the application of impedance planar dislay and auto segmental zone alarming techniques to eddy detection process.Also introduced in the paper are the process elements and operational effectiveness of the intellectualized eddy detector.
