摘    要:气门热精锻模在正常工作时其失效方式为磨损、冷热疲劳裂纹或压塌。然而由于模具加工、安装或使用不当会造成开裂,R位刮伤、毛坯卡模或平台麻坑等非正常失效。本文对各种失效形式及其对模具寿命与经济效益的影响进行了探讨。

Abstract:The failure mode of the air valve finish hot forging die in normal circumstance are the hot wear,collapse or hot fatigue crack, but the die would failed as fracturing, scratching, pitting, blank griping ect due to some anomalous circumstance This paper discuses these failures and their effects upon the die life and the economic benefits
