渠道衬砌混杂纤维混凝土的应用研究

摘    要:针对普通混凝土抗裂能力差,采用四因子1/2实施]二次正交回归设计,研究了水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、聚丙烯纤维掺量和碳纤维掺量对层布式碳纤维--聚丙烯混杂纤维混凝土28 d抗折强度的主要影响.结果表明:水胶比W/C=0.25,粉煤灰掺量为3%,聚丙烯纤维掺量为1.09%时,层布式碳纤维--聚丙烯混杂纤维混凝土28d抗折强度最高.

Abstract:According to the frost heave damage on concrete, this paper used the second-degree orthogonal regression design of four factors[1/2 implementation], and studied the main impact on the 28 d flexible strength by the water-binder ratio, content of fly ash, polypropylene fiber and carbon fiber to the canbon and polypropylene concrete. The results showed that the water-binder ratio is 0.25, the content of fly ash is 3%, the polypropylene fiber is 1.09%, the 28 d flexible strength of the carbon fiber and polypropylene fiber concrete can be reached the maximum.
