摘    要:合理的机构设置是实现其职能的重要保证.钢铁企业销售机构的设置通常包括业务、管理、信息、储运四部分,销售部门有按品种设置业务科室的,有按区域设置业务科室的,各有优劣.建立以区域管理为主,辅以品种管理和用户分级管理的复合型营销机构设置是市场发展的选择。

Abstract:It is the important insurance for realizing organization's working function to set up rational organization. Some sales departments of iron and steel enterprises set up business section room according to product variety or district and each has his merits. Setting up a composite type marketing organization which is taking district management as main and taking product variety management as assist and classing management to customer is the choice of market development.
